Stylish and peaceful place, I liked courteous personnel.
Our experience here was really comfortable. Everything was good here, and the views were beautiful. The room was bright with a contemporary interior. The bed was extremely comfy, after a long drive. The hotel had a central position close enough to ski lifts and tourist locations, restaurants, and stores and Whistler Village and Gondola. Had brunch in the Beacon Pub & Eatery, located nearby.

Friendly check-in and late check-out, excellent staff. Room was newly remodelled and reasonably large the food was good, 4 stars. Magnificent location, great affordable breakfast with a wide array of food.

Very nice room, excellent location. Quite new or well refurbished building.
quite expensive parking. There were (and will be for some time) construction works just at our window and we were not warned in any way. These works are close to the outdoor pool, maybe you'll want to wait til it's over if you want to enjoy it!

Hotel was well located, facilities were good, rooms were very clean, spa and gym were excellent. Nearby restaurants were varied and good.
Paying for parking.

The room was contemporary, artistic, clean and comfortable. I liked the complimentary Aveda toiletries and in-room coffee and tea.
The room next to mine had young children who kept us up all night. Perhaps the walls are too thin?

Locality was as good as you can get. Staff were friendly and the room was nice and clean.
Not much, paying for parking isn't what I expected but then this is Whistler. Bar fridge could have had some milk in it maybe? Pretty happy overall and was sad to leave my fancy room!

perfect base for exploring whistler's charm and attractions
I loved how close the hotel was to the vibrant Whistler Village, just a few steps away, and the amazing Audain Art Museum about a 500-meter walk, allowing me to easily soak in the local culture and scenery. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the comfortable setting and friendly staff were nice, though it would have been more convenient if there was a coffee maker in the room.

Excellent accommodation for the price in the shoulder season. Can't ask for a better location.
They had little understanding of the availability of food services late night. The schedules at the restaurants change for the weekend and likely as the year changes seasons.

This place suits me perfectly. I love the outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me with directions, which I still remember. I recommend it for a relaxing stay.

The atmosphere and the hotel staff were really helpful. Our ipod dock in our room wasn't working when we got there and the maintenance guy came down from the roof to help us out within 15 minutes. I appreciated that because we were getting ready for a stagette. Thanks Aava Hotel :) We'll be back!

The hotel was great value for our money. It was also very close to the town core but away from the noise.
It would have been nice if there was an adult only time in the pool and hot tub. We went out there before for the last hour it was open but couldn't relax as children were cannonballing and splashing around in the pool.
